The residence incorporated solar passive design with a focus on open plan and outdoor living to capture its beautiful rural setting and country views. With a focus on thermal mass design and the latest construction materials and finishes, the end result is stunning and the home achieves a 6.5 Star Energy rating despite the extensive use of glazing on the Northern Elevation.
A worthy recipient, Erban Development were awarded, Winner of 2017 WA Greensmart Award for most Sustainable Home. Erban Development were also awarded the Winner of 2017 Custom Built Home $375K- $450K for this custom built residence.
